Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is a sales position designed for self-starters who love connecting with people. CityBldr, recently dubbed by Forbes as the #1 technology company transforming commercial real estate through Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), is looking for people to prospect, qualify and generate customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls
  • Develop relationships through minor research and consistent client follow up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate senior team members for further development and closure
  • Document comments and notes from customer interactions through customer relationship platform
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance quotas

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Previous cold calling experience or sales experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous organizational facility to ensure prompt follow up to potential customers
  • Ability to remain persistent and calm throughout all types of conversations and handle various objections to drive desired outcomes
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and continually refine your skills
  • Must have active real estate license prior to start date

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the real estate or technology space
  • Previous experience using customer relationship management technology (eg. Base, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Active real estate license

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

  • This is a full-time salaried plus commission eligible position
  • Compensation package includes competitive salary, full health benefits, an OTE of $70,000 - $90,000 and potential equity

Designated/Managing Broker

Supervise and ensure licensure of each Broker working for CityBldr in the state of Washington

Keep current on real estate laws in the state of Washington and communicate with associate brokers and representatives regarding policy matters or changes

Ensure that the records of the brokerage are maintained in accordance with local DOL rules and regulations

Maintain knowledge of renewal anniversaries for all licensed brokers and communicate this information to the appropriate staff/contractors

Deal flow, contract and relationship management and reporting
